You can receive a full refund for cancellations made at least 3 days before the local check-in date and time. If you book less than 3 days before check-in, free cancellation for 24 hours after booking, up to 12 hours before check-in.

After that, you can cancel up to 12 hours before check-in and get a refund of the court fee, but not the service fee.

If you cancel less than 12 hours in advance, 25% of the Court fee is non-refundable.
