Retention of Your Personal Data

Most personal data relating to a Members account with the Fullcourt will be deleted after a period of 90 days have lapsed after the Member has deleted its account with the Fullcourt. Thereafter, a part of the personal data relating to a Members account with the Fullcourt may be stored only as long as such processing is required by law or is reasonably necessary for our legal obligations or legitimate interests.

Transfer of Your Personal Data

Your information, including Personal Data, is processed at the Company's operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located. It means that this information may be transferred to - and maintained on computers located outside of Your Location or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from Your jurisdiction.

Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by Your submission of such information represents Your agreement to that transfer.

Withdrawing a consent may lead to fewer possibilities to use the Fullcourt Platform. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

Right to rectify

You have the right to have incorrect or incomplete personal data we have stored about you corrected or completed by contacting us. You can correct or update some of your personal data through your user account in the Fullcourt Platform.

Right to erasure

You may also ask Us to delete your personal data from our systems. We will comply with such request unless we have a legitimate ground to not delete the data.

How to use your rights

The abovementioned rights may be used by sending a letter or an e-mail to us on the addresses set out below, including the following information: the full name, address, e-mail address and a phone number. We may request the provision of additional information necessary to confirm the identity of the Member. We may reject or charge requests that are unreasonably repetitive, excessive or manifestly unfounded.

As further described in our Cookie Policy, we use cookies and similar technologies (e.g., web beacons, pixels, ad tags and device identifiers) to recognize you and/or your device(s) on, off and across different Services and devices.
